At Your Side Private Exercise, founded by Lesley Goldberg in 1989 is a path for life, leading clients to simple, daily practices that maintain their health and fitness. Through hands-on customized exercise techniques designed for each individual, benefits are immediate when clients achieve AHA! moments of realizing the difference correct form makes in their enjoyment of working out. Lesley and her team of certified personal trainers have been successfully helping clients change and better their quality of life with exercise for over 20 years.
At Your Side provides a safe-haven for clients of all ages and fitness levels providing them with specific, time-proven methodologies that result in successful achievement of their fitness goals. With an emphasis on pacing, proper technique and working with simple fitness devices, At Your Side trainers make it easy for clients to maintain their fitness routines whether at home, traveling, or in between hectic schedules.
Loyal clients say the return on their investment in working with an At Your Side Trainer is a sustained sense of well-being and a passion for maintaining their best physical condition whether they are in their 30s or their 60s. At Your Side trainers encourage their clients to maintain a healthy balance in their lives with daily fitness routines conveniently met through the use of basic home tools.

Trainers have 24/7 access to studio
Rate: $15 per hour
Weekly or Monthly rent negotiable for trainers booking more than 15 hours per week.
Independent trainers must hold professional liability policies, certification(s) or specialty credentials and have a signed release waiver on file with studio.
No Membership. All clients train with a trainer.

Lesley Goldberg opened AT YOUR SIDE in 1989.El Rodeo elementary school with the class of 1979, Beverly Hills High School in 1983 and UCLA in 1988. With an 11 year competitive gymnastics career, including four years as co-captain of the UCLA women's gymnastics team, helping people incorporate exercise into their DAILY lives feels very natural to me. Here at AT YOUR SIDE, trainers are working with real people with real issues. We love the challenge of servicing each client's needs.
