Hand Size Medicine Balls

Soft medicine balls that fit in the palm of your hand. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 lb. balls. All balls may be inflated or deflated to adjust their size. Smaller sizes work better for clients with small hands, the elderly and special populations.
